In celebration of its 51st Anniversary, Petrokimia Gresik organized the Corsa Festival held on July 14-15, 2023. Taking place at the GOR Tri Dharma Petrokimia Gresik, this event, themed as a competition between directorates, featured activities such as Corsa Warrior, Corsa Nation, Corsa Fiesta, and Corsa Family. Participants included employees of Petrokimia Gresik, its subsidiaries, and the Petrokimia Gresik Group Foundation. The purpose of the Corsa Festival was to strengthen camaraderie among employees and their families, as well as to boost morale and team building among employees, ultimately enhancing productivity.
As a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) subsidiary, Petrokimia Gresik also implemented one of its core values, AKHLAK, through the 2023 Corsa Festival, specifically focusing on collaboration. Implementing collaborative values in team building is a strong foundation for building a cohesive, efficient, and integrity-driven team. Team building based on the collaborative values of AKHLAK also creates a harmonious work environment, where employees can synergize and contribute maximally for the overall success of the state-owned enterprise.
The Corsa Festival kicked off with a lively performance by Pasheman 90 on the first day. Following that, the board of directors, dressed in gladiator costumes, took the stage to collectively press the siren button, signifying the official opening of the Corsa Festival 2023. The event then continued with the first set of activities, Corsa Warrior, consisting of nine games - six for the preliminary round and three for the grand final. Preliminary games included Sarung Running, Ballon Train, Slalom Balon Jepit, Giant Puzzle, Tebak Sandi, and Speed Krat Running. The final round featured Tebak Kata & Gambar, Tebak Gaya, and Merangkai Kata.
Corsa Festival 2023 added to its festive atmosphere with the Yel-Yel Challenge during Corsa Nation. Simultaneously, the event was enlivened with Corsa Fiesta, which featured timezone games booths where participants could collect stamps to exchange for prizes based on accumulated points. Booth games included Kringball, Sliding Plate, Hit The Frog, Bullish Ring, Ping Pong Pantul, Pinalty Kick, Blowball, Fishing Hole, and Snowman Challenge.
On the second day, Corsa Family included family competitions with three games: Plant Tour, Push Bike Slalom, and Kids Got Talent. Corsa Family aimed to strengthen collaboration and foster a harmonious atmosphere among employees and their families. Throughout the event, participants enjoyed various bazaars and a photo booth area. Corsa Festival became a positive sentiment-filled activity, emphasizing a sense of family. The festival's lineup was further complemented by performances from the phenomenal singers Fira Cantika and Putri Kristya, adding to the event's excitement.
