WBS is a system that is used as a mechanism to accommodate all complaints and reports from internal and external which is expected can encourage the participation of the community and employees bravely take action to prevent Corruption, Collusions, Nepotism, Fraud, and other transgressions by report it to the Company through Whistleblowing System (WBS) or these :

  • Name
  • NIK
  • Address
  • Telephone
  • Email

Copy of Identifications

Reporting violations in writing without an identity (anonymous) is allowed but it must be accompanied by photocopies/copies of documents relating to the transactions made and/or violations committed.

The reporting of violations must be accompanied by supporting data including:

  • Principle complaints
  • Number of times a violation occurred
  • Location and time of the incident
  • Chronology of events
  • The process of violation
  • Reporting violations to other parties
  • Number of times a violation occurred
