Viva Yoga Mauladi was born in Lamongan on May 30, 1968. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from Udayana University (1991) and a Master’s degree in Planning and Public Policy from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (2003), Viva Yoga Mauladi has pursued a distinguished career in the legislative sector.

Various strategic positions have been held, including Expert Staff to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (1999–2004), Deputy Chairman of Commission IV of the House of Representatives (2015–2020), and Member of the Constitutional Review Body of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (2019–2024). Currently serving as Deputy Minister of Transmigration.

In addition to governmental roles, active engagement in the academic and intellectual community has been demonstrated, with numerous publications authored and edited, focusing on socio-political and Islamic themes.

Andi Saiful Haq was born in Soppeng, South Sulawesi, on May 12, 1975. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from STITEK Makassar (2002), a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic of Hasanuddin University (1997), a Master’s degree in Defense Studies from the Bandung Institute of Technology in collaboration with Cranfield University, United Kingdom (2007), a Master’s degree in International Relations from Justus Liebig University Justus Liebig Department of Political Science, Giessen, Germany (2008), and a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (2025).

Extensive experience has been gained across various national and international institutions. Previous roles include Program Manager at the Center for Civil Society Management, Cranfield University (UK); Fellow Researcher at Justus Liebig University University of Giessen and Jena University (Germany); Program Officer at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) Indonesia; Lecturer in International Relations at Paramadina University; and Director of the Institute for Transformation Studies (INTRANS).

Additional positions include Commissioner of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (2020–2025), Special Staff to the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) (2022–2024), and currently serving as Special Staff to the Minister of Environment and Forestry (since 2024).

Luluk Nur Hamidah was born in Jombang on January 25, 1971. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Religious Education from the State Islamic University of Malang in 1996, a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia in 2004, and a Master in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, in 2007. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Sociology at the University of Indonesia.

Served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019–2024 term, with assignments in Commission IV, Commission VI, the Legislative Body, and the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency. Actively engaged as a public policy analyst, lecturer, activist, and speaker in various national and international forums on women's rights, the environment, renewable energy, and social transformation. Also actively involved in the Alumni Association of Islamic Student Organizations of Indonesia (Ikatan Alumni Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia) as Chairperson (2025–present).

Zaki Saleh Masyhur brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate, property development, and marketing industries. Studies in Sales & Marketing were completed at TAFE College, Melbourne (1991–1994), followed by Marketing studies at Cavendish College, London (1995–1996).

Began a professional career as Marketing Manager at PT Niaga Karunia Wariasan (1996–1999), before serving as Marketing Director at PT Nikawa International (2000–2004). Subsequent roles included Director at PT Graha Albros (Le Grande Bali) (2004–2006) and President Director at PT Albros Land Development / Albros Group (2006–2012).

Additional positions included President Director of PT Patrialand Utama Development (2008–2019), Marketing Director at PT Blackrock Entertainment (2010–2013), and President Commissioner of PT Patrialand SM (2019–2022). Since 2022, resumed the role as President Director of PT Patrialand Utama Development.
