Evaluation of GCG Implementation

The GCG assessment is aim to measure the depth of the GCG practices implementation while getting feedback for its improvement in the future. The development and implementation of GCG is a commitment of company to increase the success of business, and the accountability in long period which is expected can increase the company value, like performance improvement and the creation of good company performance. GCG Assessment is carried out by External Assessor and Pupuk Indonesia Group Assessor whose it is coordinated by PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) with these following criteria:

1. Based on the Decree of the Secretary of the SOEs Ministry Number: SK-16/S.MBU/2012 about Assessment Parameter Indicator and Evaluation of GCG Implementation to the State Owned-Enterprises issued on June 6, 2012 (BUMN Scorecard).
2. Based on Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI Index) by The Indonesian Institute Of Corporate Governance (IICG).

Assessment based on SK-16/S.MBU/2012, PT Petrokimia Gresik got “Excellent” category for last 4 (four) years with a score, as follows:
