GRESIK - Petrokimia Gresik Employees Union (SKPG) held the 2022 SKPG Annual Meeting at Wisma Kebomas Wednesday (27/7). Carrying the theme "Increasing Synergy and Loyalty in the Context of Regeneration Towards a Resilient Organization," the 2022 SKPG Annual Meeting was attended by the Board of Directors and SEVP, General Chairperson and General Secretary of SKPG, SKPG Management, and Work Unit Representatives (PUK).

In his statements, the President Director of Petrokimia Gresik, Dwi Satriyo Annurogo, point out the company's challenges in the future.

"The current issue is we’re heading to business transformation to face the challenges of the new regulations of types of subsidized fertilizer," said the President Director of Petrokimia Gresik.

Starting July 1, 2022, the Government will reduce the types of subsidized fertilizers, namely only Urea and NPK fertilizers. As an essential part of the company that carries the enthusiasm of Petrokimia Gresik's people, SKPG can synergize and prove that Petrokimia Gresik remains and will always be at the forefront of the fertilizer industry. In addition, the President Director of Petrokimia Gresik also urged SKPG to generate creative ideas as a solution to face future challenges.

"I hope that through SKPG new creative ideas can emerge, to assist management in preparing and overcoming challenges. Therefore, let us work diligently, maintain discipline, maximize our potential, so that the company's performance will be enhanced", explained the President Director of Petrokimia Gresik.

The SKPG Annual Meeting is an annual agenda that has been regulated in the SKPG AD/ART. In this agenda, the Management Accountability Report is discussed and evaluating PUK performance results.
