Town hall meeting by President Director, together with Marketing Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG) took place in PG Multi-Purpose Warehouse, Department of Distribution Region I, January 16th, 2019. PG Marketing Director, Meinu Sadariyo said, this event was a way to deliver ideas, information, and problems that require mutual solutions. Marketing Director invited all staff to be more solid in carrying out the transformation, so that the targets set in RKAP can be exceeded.

PG President Director, Rahmad Pribadi said, as marketing people, especially those who are in charge in sales, they must be more often to do blusukan to explore hidden customer aspirations.

In facing the more challenging future ahead, including fertilizer subsidies scheme change, according to President Director, it requires tremendous effort for PG to enter and be able to compete in the era of non-subsidized products. There must be transparancy, mutual trust, and teamwork to create good teamwork, so that the transformation launched by PG can run well. As a company responsible to support the achievement of National Food Security and Solutions for Agro-industry, PG must always strive to make innovative breakthroughs.

President Director emphasized that PG must be the market leader and dominant player in Indonesian agroindustry. Become a leader in cost leadership, and product diversification to increase revenue and profitability.

The series of town hall meeting events were filled with the exposure to marketing/sales performance in 2018, question and answer, and the signing of the Declaration of Business Transformation in the Marketing Directorate, with the theme "Ready to Do Business Transformation" by the President Director, Marketing Director, and all PG Marketing Directorate Employee.
