The Judicium of Diploma 1 Programme in Industrial Vocational Education, Industrial Chemical Engineering Study Programme of PT Petrokimia Gresik was held in Wisma Kebomas, November 6th, 2018. This programme was a collaboration between PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG) and Training Center of Ministry of Industry, as well as Industrial Engineering Polytechnic Academy (ATI) Makassar.
This Judicium programme was attended by 79 students (PG personnel) and the Director and Senate of Makassar ATI Polytechnic, as well as Supervisor of Education and Training, Department HR Development of PG. All students graduated and qualified with honour in the Judicium. After this graduation, the LSP competency test will be held by the Indonesian Fertilizer Industry (IPI). While the graduation programme is planned to be held on December 1st, 2018.
Supervisor of Education and Training, Waluyo Sirdjo conveyed that, this programme is a follow-up action of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on May 31st, 2017 in Jakarta, on the Implementation and Development of Diploma I Vocational Education, Industrial Vocation PT Petrokimia Gresik, between the Training Center of Indonesian Ministry of Industry and PT Petrokimia Gresik, as well as the Makassar ATI Polytechnic. The program aims to prepare competent workforces who have integrity to improve competitiveness in facing the global industries.
As very valuable assets for the company, PG always strives to improve HR competencies to support the implementation of National Food Security Programme, and the company development to become a solution for agro-industries.
