Ministry of SOEs through PT Petrokimia Gresik as well as the Coordinator of East Java SOE Task Force Response to Covid-19 never stop to do any efforts to suppresses the spread of Covid-19.
In this occasion, Petrokimia Gresik handed over 12.000 food packages for East Java people and 2 (two) isolation transports also Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to dr. Soetomo Regional Public Hospital. Those aids were symbolically handed over by President Director of Petrokimia Gresik, Rahmad Pribadi to the Chief Executive of East Java Regional Disaster Management Agency, Heru Tjahjono. The handed over was also directly witnessed by East Java Governor, Khofifah Indar Parawansa at Surabaya Grahadi Building, Tuesday (19/5).
Thousands of aid packages each contain 5 (five) kilograms of rice. This aid is a form of Petrokimia Gresik concern to poor people in East Java who economically disturbed because affected with this Covid-19 Pandemic. Moreover, the implementation of Large Scale Social Restriction (LSSR) in Gresik, Surabaya, and Sidoarjo is extended until 25 May 2020, resulting in community economic activities cannot run normally.
President Director of Petrokimia Gresik, Rahmad Pribadi hopes that this aid which is given for people and medical personnel can be useful and contribute to breaking the chain of Covid-19 Contagion. Try/Hartono.
