Petrokimia Gresik Achieve “2021 Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment & Satisfaction” at Stellar Workspace Award

Petrokimia Gresik is an agroindustry solution company and a member of Pupuk Indonesia holding achieve award at national level, that is a winner of 2021 Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment & Satisfaction at Stellar Workplace Award 2021 event. This award is about the Petrokimia Gresik’s Human Resource (HR) management that show commitment and satisfaction of employee.

Stellar Workplace Award 2021 is an Award for company that show excellent commitment in managing the relationship with employee for the growth and sustainability of company. This event identifies superior organization in creating the best workplace for employee. It is held by independent consultant agency, ONE GML with Kontan, Media Bisnis, and Investasi Kompas Gramedia, however the top event is held on Friday (8/10/2021).

With theme “Engagement and Digital Transformation Readiness in Surviving Era, this event was held virtually with series of assessment and webinar that is attended by Prof. Dave Ulrich, world No.1 Guru Management version of Forbes Magazine.

The winners of the 2021 Stellar Workspace Award were selected based on a series of assessments of employee engagement and engagement that drive the company's overall business performance. In this case, Petrokimia Gresik achieved the best score in Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment & Satisfaction for its commitment in implementing various best practices in maintaining employee satisfaction.

Petrokimia Gresik concern on the prosperity of employee, skill and innovation development of employee, based on employee satisfaction data in 2019 it was recorded at 80,2% while in 2020 it was recorded at 80,7%, and also in employee engagement data in 2019 it was recorded at 83,3% while in 2020 it was recorded at 85,5% so that employee satisfaction and engagement Petrokimia Gresik, increased by 0,5% and 2,2% in 2019-2020.

In an effort to continue to accelerate the mastery of employee competencies and also be used as a means for internship students from various universities in Indonesia to prepare competent workforce candidates, Petrokimia Gresik launched a Digital Learning Center (DLC) as a step to support the government in producing superior human resources. In addition, through several innovations that have been carried out by employees in 2020, they were able to save Rp255.7 billion as a form of commitment and contribution to Petrokimia Gresik's performance.
