Petrokimia Gresik concern on the prosperity of employee, skill and innovation development of employee, based on employee satisfaction data in 2019 it was recorded at 80,2% while in 2020 it was recorded at 80,7%, and also in employee engagement data in 2019 it was recorded at 83,3% while in 2020 it was recorded at 85,5% so that employee satisfaction and engagement Petrokimia Gresik, increased by 0,5% and 2,2% in 2019-2020.
In an effort to continue to accelerate the mastery of employee competencies and also be used as a means for internship students from various universities in Indonesia to prepare competent workforce candidates, Petrokimia Gresik launched a Digital Learning Center (DLC) as a step to support the government in producing superior human resources.
