Jakarta, May 19, 2022 - Director of Operations and Production of Petrokimia Gresik, Digna Jatiningsih, has won the Dewi BUMN 2022 award as a form of appreciation for her achievements, performance, and dedication as one of the BUMN Women Leaders who has contributed to the company and the country.
The award received at the Grand Atrium Mall Kota Kasablanka on May 18, 2022, was given directly by Hermawan Kartajaya, Founder & Chairman of MarkPLus, Inc., and received by the Director of Operations and Production of Petrokimia Gresik, Digna Jatiningsih. This event is part of "BUMN Marketing Day 2022" organized by Markplus.inc, which involves marketing enthusiasts and practitioners in Indonesia. Digna Jatiningsih also hopes this award can motivate the participation and presence of women in top level management.
According to Digna, the number of female employees holding managerial positions at Petrokimia Gresik continues to increase every year. This proves that for 50 years, Petrokimia Gresik has always opened opportunities for women to make more contributions and achieve higher careers.
