Aid in Handling The Spread of Covid-19

PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG) on behalf of the East Java SOE Task Force Response to Covid-19 handed over the Acceleration aid of the Covid-19 Plague Impact. Aid was given to 8 (eight) hospitals in East Java, among others in the form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Swab Kit, and medicines. Symbolically, the aid was handed over by the Chairman of East Java SOE Task Force Response to Covid-19 Command Center Posts, Bachronsyah at the PG Training Center Building (07/14/2020).

The eight hospitals were : Dr. Ramelan Maritime Military Hospital, Surabaya; Bhayangkara H. S. Samsoeri Mertojoso East Java Police Hospital, Katolik St. Vinventius A. Paulo Hospital, Surabaya; Adi Husada Undaan Wetan Hospital, Surabaya; Manyar Medical Center Hospital,Surabaya; Royal Hospital, Surabaya; Sidoarjo Hospital, and Bangil Regional Hospital, Pasuruan.

Bachronsyah conveyed that the handing over of this aid was a form of devotion and concern for SOEs to the community, related to preventing the spread of Covid-19, particularly in East Java.

To minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bachronsyah said that we all must increase self-awareness, accompanied by patience and discipline in implementing health protocols that can reduce the spread of Covid-19. We must also work together to help ease the burden of others. It is hoped that the number of people recovering will continue to increase, followed by a decrease in the number of Covid-19 cases.

"Hopefully with all of our efforts together, the number of people recovering (recovery rate) will continue to increase rapidly and be followed by a decrease in the spread of Covid-19 cases. In addition, it also requires a sense of loyalty by all elements in East Java Province to work together to help each other in order to ease the burden of others, "said Bachronsyah.
