RAMADHAN SAFARI 1447 H, PETROKIMIA GRESIK DISTRIBUTES AID TO MOSQUES NEARBY THE COMPANY

Petrokimia Gresik, an Agroindustrial Solutions company and a member of the Pupuk Indonesia holding company, held a Ramadan Safari 1447H by visiting mosques near the company on March 4–6, 2026. During this event, Petrokimia Gresik's President Director, Daconi Khotob, also handed over operational assistance to the mosques visited.

Daconi stated that the Ramadan Safari is a routine company event to strengthen harmonious relations between Petrokimia Gresik employees and the community, especially those living near the company. He acknowledged that the company's smooth operations in distributing subsidized fertilizer throughout Indonesia, while also supporting the achievement of national food self-sufficiency, are inseparable from the support and prayers of the community.

"We want to be present among the community, including during the holy month of Ramadan. This is a commitment from Petrokimia Gresik employees to always contribute to the community," said Daconi on Saturday (March 7, 2026).

For three days, the Petrokimia Gresik Board of Directors and Petrokimia Gresik employees participated in iftar activities and Tarawih prayers at six mosques near the company. These mosques include the Roudlotul Abror Mosque in Roomo Village, the At-Taqwa Mosque in Suci Village, the Karomah Mosque in Lumpur Village, the Baitul Amin Mosque in Kedanyang Village, the Roudlotul Jannah Mosque in Tlogopojok Village, and the Al Muhajirin Mosque in Pongangan Village.

On this occasion, Petrokimia Gresik also donated Rp 15 million to each mosque. This assistance demonstrates the company's support for religious activities and the development of mosque facilities.

This assistance complements the operational assistance previously provided by Petrokimia Gresik to 146 mosques, prayer rooms (musala), Islamic boarding schools (ponpes), and orphanages near the company's operations. Each mosque received Rp 7.5 million and each prayer room received Rp 5 million. Assistance was also distributed to 21 Islamic boarding schools (ponpes) and 28 orphanages, each valued at Rp 4 million. The total aid distributed at the start of Ramadan reached Rp 723.5 million.

"This assistance is not just a symbol, but a manifestation of our commitment to continue being present and growing with the community," said Daconi.

Finally, during each visit to mosques, Petrokimia Gresik also asks for prayers from the community so that the company will continue to be granted smooth and blessed operations in carrying out its mandate, and that it can continue to provide benefits to the community, nation, and state.
