PETROKIMIA GRESIK SUCCESSFULLY WINS EIGHT HIGHEST "DIAMOND" AWARDS AT THE 29TH BATAM TKMPN EVENT

Petrokimia Gresik, an Agroindustrial Solutions company and a member of the Pupuk Indonesia holding company, won eight Diamond awards, the highest honors, at the 29th National Quality and Productivity Meeting (TKMPN) 2025 in Batam recently. Interestingly, one of the clusters also earned the "Top 3 Diamond" award for achieving the highest score in the Diamond category.

The eight Petrokimia Diamonds were won by the Operational Innovation Cluster (GIO) FLEX-PHOS, GIO APFR, GIO PURGE GAS, GIO CAPO, GIO INTEGRA, GIO EXCELLO, SS JET GUN, and SS BOTUGA. The "Top 3 Diamond" award went to GIO FLEX-PHOS. Petrokimia Gresik also received three Best Performance awards and one Best Presentation award.

"Thank God, all the innovation clusters we submitted received Diamond certification. This year, we also once again brought home the "Top 3 Diamond" award. This is proof that the quality of innovation at Petrokimia Gresik is improving," said Petrokimia Gresik President Director Daconi Khotob on Thursday (December 4, 2025).

GIO FLEX-PHOS achieved the "Top 3 Diamond" award for successfully increasing the production capacity of the Phonska V unit from 6,299 tons per month to 48,714 tons per month, a more than sevenfold increase by creating the FLEX-PHOS system (a System for Producing Hybrid NPK Reacted and Phosphate Fertilizer).

"This innovation ensures a more secure domestic fertilizer supply, supporting the achievement of national food self-sufficiency, in line with the vision of President Prabowo Subianto in his Asta Cita (Asta Cita)," Daconi concluded.

He further added that Petrokimia Gresik never stops creating various breakthroughs to provide a more effective and efficient business system, as part of Petrokimia Gresik's efforts to become a leader in the domestic commercial market and to encourage Pupuk Indonesia, as its holding company, to go global.

"The DNA of innovation is always present in the Petrokimia Gresik workforce. Thank God, the quality of the innovations presented in recent years has been increasingly improving. This is evident in the awards won at the TKMPN each year," Daconi concluded.
