To Strengthen the Supply Chain, Petrokimia Gresik Partners with HIMBARA to Implement the Digital SCF Program

Petrokimia Gresik, an Agroindustrial Solutions company and a member of the Pupuk Indonesia holding company, continues to strengthen its business transformation by implementing a digital Supply Chain Financing (SCF) program. This program, in collaboration with the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), is designed to strengthen the company's supply chain ecosystem.

This was conveyed by Petrokimia Gresik's Director of Finance and General Affairs, Adityo Wibowo, in Gresik, East Java, recently. Adit, as Adityo Wibowo is familiarly known, explained that SCF is part of the company's efforts to improve payment management efficiency and strengthen the financial resilience of its business partners.

"The implementation of SCF has also proven effective in supporting the smooth supply of goods and services, enabling future production and distribution processes to run more smoothly and effectively, in an effort to achieve national food self-sufficiency," Adit said.

He added that the implementation of SCF is also in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the company's commitment to building sustainable partnerships. Thus, this transformation can strengthen long-term collaboration and enhance the competitiveness of Petrokimia Gresik's business ecosystem.

He explained that the SCF scheme enables partners to obtain accelerated payment of verified invoices at more competitive financing rates. With the company's role as an anchor company, SCF is able to provide cash flow certainty for suppliers and support smooth operations across the group's ecosystem.

Petrokimia Gresik has also developed a Supply Chain Financing scheme through the use of an integrated digital system and collaboration with financial institutions, so that the benefits of SCF can be felt more widely by all partners within the company's ecosystem.
