Petrokimia Gresik Digital Transformation Wins The “5 Stars” Award, The Highest in Digitech Award 2023

The digital transformation carried out by Petrokimia Gresik, an Agroindustrial Solutions company and holding member of the Pupuk Indonesia, yet again received stakeholder appreciation. Petrokimia Gresik won the Digital Technology & Innovation (Digitech) Awards 2023 "5 Star" or the highest at the event.

This highest award was won by Petrokimia Gresik because it successfully received five awards at once, namely "The Greatest Champions of Digital Transformation & Innovation", "The Best Digital Technology Project", and "The Best Digital Transformation" for the Category Petrochemical Industries.

Completing the three awards, Dwi Satriyo Annurogo as President and Director Petrokimia Gresik was also named "The Best CEO for Corporate Digital Transformation of The Year". Next Director of Finance and General Petrokimia Gresik, Budi Wahju Soesilo was also chosen as "The Best Chief Information Technology Officer of The Year."

"Referring to this award, Petrokimia Gresik is one of the companies that has implemented the best digital transformation in Indonesia. Petrokimia Gresik managed to achieve a score of 5.75 on a scale of zero to six," said Dwi Satriyo.

Petrokimia Gresik has digitized almost all business lines. This effort is carried out by Petrokimia Gresik as a company strategy to increase competitiveness and also optimize company services for consumers.

According to Dwi Satriyo, digitalization carried out by the company has brought several positive impacts. Among them are increasing productivity to build new market shares, as well as savings in the production process, procurement of raw materials and spare parts, as well as supply chain.

"With the digitalization of Petrokimia Gresik has also developed a system to increase consolidation with Pupuk Indonesia and other group members that can be done in real-time," said Dwi Satriyo.

Meanwhile, the Digitech Awards is a corporate rating activity in the fields of Information & Communication Technology (ICT), digital development, and innovation. At the 2023 Digitech Awards, more than 300 companies competed and the assessment is carried out by a panel of judges who are competent in their fields, both academics and practitioners.

Finally, Dwi Satriyo was also present as a speaker at the CEO &; Executive Talks event with the theme "Prioritizing Digital Technology Transformations to Win The Global Competition in a Post-pandemic World" along with several other award winners.
