Strengthening the Excellent HR

PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG) Marketing Director, Meinu Sadariyo representing PG President Director, Rahmad Pribadi, officially started the implementation of Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) batch 2. The opening ceremony took place in room 5 of PG HR Development Department, Friday (9/8/2019). The opening of this PMMB activity was marked by embedding ID cards to representatives of participants by PG Marketing Director.

PG HR GM, Nanang said, the PG PMMB batch 2 for the period August 2019 - January 2019 was attended by 28 students from various majors. They were from 12 public and private universities located in Gresik, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, Jember, and Banyuwangi.

PG Marketing Director, Meinu Sadariyo revealed that the PMMB program was a BUMN Synergy program as well as a commitment of the Indonesian Capital Public Relations Forum (FHCI) with the background of President of Indonesia's, Joko Widodo, Nawa Cita Program. This program was to create excellent Indonesian human resources, ready to compete in the global era. PG contributed to and supported the government program through the implementation of PMMB.

This PMMB was important for students, since it was a mean to prepare themselves both scientifically and mentally before entering the job fields. "Through PMMB, it is expected to have qualified and characterised human resources who can work in any condition," said Marketing Director.
