To secure the supply of subsidized fertilizer in the planting season, Directors of PT Petrokimia Gresik and staff conduct “blusukan” or direct inspection to areas which are the distribution areas of Petrokimia Gresik. The “blusukan” was done by visiting and reviewing the existence of fertilizer stock in distributor warehouses, and increasing coordination with distributors, so that subsidized fertilizer can be distributed according to 6 (six) Right (Right Place, Right Cost, Right Amount, Right Quality, Right Type, and Right Time).
