Kemala Intan was present as a speaker at the mini course "Soft Skill Training Personal Development & Town Hall Meeting" which is located at Wisma Kebomas, Petrokimia Gresik. This time the mini-course was attended by Grade I, Grade II, and the Board of Directors.
The CEO of Petrokimia Gresik, Dwi Satriyo Annurogo, hopes this event can improve the soft skills of Petrokimia Gresik's leaders and staff to become superior. "The best and superior ones become leaders or innovators because innovation is one of the keys to a person or organization in their respective fields," said the CEO of Petrokimia Gresik.
The Mini-Course aims to know capacity and capability, namely understanding one's values, behavioral competencies, knowledge, skill, and attitude (KSA) in managing a management system adhering to a competency and performance-based system. In a career, you must have short-term and long-term targets to determine the direction of your career path.
"All employees of BUMN (SOE), if we want to develop ourselves, it is our own responsibility, because a career is an individual responsibility. If later your career doesn't grow, don't blame your boss or company because a career is your own responsibility," said Tina T. Kemala Intan when explaining the contents of her material.
After conducting mini workshop, in the afternoon, Tina T. Kemala Intan continued her presentation at the Town Hall Meeting with all employees of Petrokimia Gresik in a hybrid manner. In her presentation, Tina T. Kemala Intan also gave various tips to improve the self-quality of Petrokimia Gresik Personnel.
