The Petrokimia Gresik Employees Cooperative (K3PG) read the demographic bonus that is happening in Indonesia today as an opportunity. Therefore K3PG through the Property Business Unit prepares housing with the target is for millennial. The units were built under the name Sun Flower Cluster (SFC), it is become the part of the Citra Sari Regency (CSR) housing complex in Jalan Raya Banjarsari, Cerme, Gresik city.
The Head of K3PG, Rohmad said that CSR was built on 21 hectares of land. In Phase I construction there will be 201 housing units of type 30, 38, 45, 70, and 120, and 28 units of shop houses. Whereas in phase II there were 486 housing units of various sizes and 1 shop house, including SFC 114 housing units of type 32 and type 65.
