Petrokimia Gresik Announces Official Sponsorship of Gresik United for the 2023-2024 Liga 2 Season

Petrokimia Gresik, Agroindustrial Solutions company holding member of Pupuk Indonesia established a sponsorship partnership with the Gresik United team in the Round of 12 of the 2023-2024 Liga 2 Season. Symbolically, the cooperation was marked by the handover of the Gresik United jersey with the Phonska Plus logo by the President Director of Petrokimia Gresik, Dwi Satriyo Annurogo to Gresik United Club President, Fandi Akhmad Yani in Gresik, East Java, Wednesday (3/1/2024).

Dwi Satriyo said that Petrokimia Gresik has a strong commitment to advancing several national sports (cabor). Support for football sports this time was given to Gresik United which is the proud team of the Gresik community, where this area is also a home-based for Petrokimia Gresik business operations.

"Petrokimia Gresik as part of the Gresik community fully supports, is proud of Gresik United's achievements to go to Liga 1," said Dwi Satriyo.

"Petrokimia Gresik not only continues to strive to produce high-quality and more environmentally friendly products in the agro-industrial sector but also plays an active role in the advancement of sports in Indonesia. We realized this commitment with various forms of support in several Gresik and East Java sports, and today it is increasing in the football game. He added, that through the Phonska Plus product, Petrokimia Gresik became Gresik United's sponsor in the Round of 12 of Liga 2 Season 2023-2024. Through this collaboration, the Phonska Plus logo is attached to the Gresik United jersey both when playing home and away matches.

Phonska Plus is an NPK compound fertilizer enriched with Sulfur and Zinc. This fertilizer is one of Petrokimia Gresik's superior products that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of fertilizer use and increase the amount and quality of crops.

"Hopefully Phonska Plus can bring a positive atmosphere and enthusiasm for the Gresik United club so that it can get maximum results this season," added Dwi Satriyo.

Meanwhile, Gus Yani - Fandi Akhmad Yani's nickname - expressed his gratitude for Petrokimia Gresik's attention to Gresik, through Gresik United club football which is the pride of the Gresik community. According to him, this support is a tremendous concern.
