Consistency in concern and environment management which is done by PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG) as a company of #SolusiAgroindustri (Agroindustry Solution), achieved 4 (four) achievements in Indonesia Green Awards (IGA) 2020. An event to give achievement to company which has high concern with environment was held by The La Tofi School of CSR, Jakarta (18/03/2020).
Represented the Directors of PG, Jakarta's Chief Representative, M. Oda Sugarda received the trophy who was handed over by Chairman The La Tofi School of CSR, La Tofi. Four awards received by PG include:
Developing Biodiversity Category, Bawean Island's Last Trail Conservation Program; Engineering Technology Category in Saving Energy / Use of New Renewable Energy for Energy Efficiency Programs Through the Utilization of Purge Gas as Boiler Fuel; Developing Integrated Waste Management Category, Petroganik Organic Fertilizer Program, and The category in Pioneering Pollution Prevention, Green House Gas Emission Reduction Program.
Management of PG hopes that this achievement can be a booster of motivation for all employees in improving the performance to support sustainable agriculture.
